3. Children's information
We collect information about children only from their parents or guardians, never directly from children through this website. We collect only what we need and limit access to the people who need it to run the club.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We use trusted providers to run the club and the website: Google (Google Forms for registration, email, and Google Analytics and Google Maps if you agree) and our website hosting provider. They process information for us or under their own privacy terms.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect a child (for example, a safeguarding concern). Google may process information outside the UK; where it does, it relies on safeguards approved under UK law.
5. How long we keep it
- Registration details: while your child attends and for up to 12 months after they leave, unless the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, an accident or safeguarding record).
- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: up to 6 months.
- Photos and videos: until you withdraw permission or we stop using them.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months (the maximum period in Google Analytics).
